Amends Minnesota Statutes 2008, section 256B.441, by adding Subdivision 60 to establish a rate increase for nursing facilities in Mille Lacs County effective October 1, 2010.

Requires operating payment rates for all nursing facilities in Mille Lacs County reimbursed under section 256B.441 or 256B.434 to be increased to equal the peer group one median rate for the same RUGS weight category.

Mandates that the case-mix adjusted percentage of the operating payment rate for each facility match the case-mix adjusted percentage in that facility's September 30, 2010, operating payment rate.

Limits the increase to situations where it results in a rate increase, and requires increases be applied after blending of rebased operating cost payment rates.
