Amends Minnesota Statutes 2008, section 16B.296 to allow transfer of state-purchased real property to federally recognized Indian tribes located in Minnesota without applying the standard appraisal or fair market value requirements.

Exempts Indian tribes from the requirement that real property purchased with state funds be transferred for no less than appraised value or fair market value as determined by the commissioner of administration.

Maintains existing exemptions for departments listed in section 15.01, Minnesota State Colleges and Universities, the University of Minnesota, and political subdivisions of the state.

Takes effect the day following final enactment.
