Douglas County may issue a wine and intoxicating malt liquor license to Theatre L'Homme Dieu, notwithstanding any contrary law, ordinance, or charter provision.

The license authorizes alcohol sales on all days of the week to ticket holders for theater performances and to members of nonprofit corporations holding the license and their guests.

The section becomes effective upon approval by the licensing authority in accordance with Minnesota Statutes, section 645.021, subdivisions 2 and 3.
