Directs the revisor of statutes to change all references to the Minnesota Department of Finance, Minnesota Department of Employee Relations, and the commissioner of finance throughout Minnesota Statutes and Rules to the Minnesota Management and Budget Department or the commissioner of Minnesota Management and Budget.

Consolidates multiple state agencies and their leadership positions into a single department structure.

Applies to all variations and derivations of the named terms wherever they appear in state statutes or administrative rules.
