Modifies the definition of "health plan company" in Minnesota Statutes, chapter 62A, to exclude entities offering only products expressly excluded from the health plan definition under section 62A.011, subdivision 3, clauses (2), (4), (8), and (9)

Maintains applicability of certain statute sections (3.7394; 62A.021; 62J.80; 72A.139; 72A.20) even for entities with excluded products
