Amends Minnesota Statutes 2008, section 137.0245, subdivision 2, to regulate term limits for members of the Regent Candidate Advisory Council.

Establishes that regular members serve six-year terms with one-third appointed each even-numbered year, while student members serve two-year terms with two students appointed each even-numbered year.

Limits all members to a maximum of two full terms on the council.

Effective the day following final enactment and applies to members already serving on the council, allowing them to complete their current terms.
