Amends Minnesota Statutes to create a special license plate for veterans who are recipients of the Korean Defense Service Medal.

Special plates must be inscribed with a facsimile of the Korean Defense Service Medal and bear the inscription "KOREAN DEFENSE SERVICE MEDAL" directly below the special plate number.

Plate applicants must have served in active military service, been discharged under honorable conditions, and be registered owners of eligible vehicles (passenger automobiles, recreational motor vehicles, or one-ton pickup trucks).

Fee of $10 per set of plates applies, payable only when plates are issued and not in years when stickers are issued instead.

Applicants must provide a certified copy of discharge papers indicating character of discharge at time of application.
