Increases minimum experience requirement for real estate broker's license applicants from two to three years of actual experience within the previous five-year period, effective July 1, 2011.

Requires all real estate brokers and salespersons to complete 30 hours of continuing education per 24-month license period, with at least 15 hours completed in the first 12 months.

Mandates at least one hour of training on agency representation and disclosure laws, and one hour on fair housing laws and antidiscrimination regulations during each license period.

Establishes a module training requirement of 3.75 or 7.5 hours annually within the 30-hour continuing education requirement, with mandatory testing to verify licensee knowledge, effective January 1, 2011.

Exempts commercial real estate salespersons and brokers from the module training and testing requirements.
