Removes Legislative Route No. 297 from the trunk highway system upon transfer of jurisdiction to the city of Fergus Falls, effective when the commissioner of transportation receives the transfer agreement and notifies the revisor of statutes.

Modifies Route No. 332 by removing the portion extending northerly along County State-Aid Highway 114 (approximately 2-1/2 miles) and continuing to Legislative Route No. 158 east of International Falls.

The modification to Route No. 332 becomes effective the day after the commissioner of transportation sends notice to the revisor of statutes that conditions required to transfer the route have been satisfied.

The revisor of statutes shall delete Route No. 297 from Minnesota Statutes when the commissioner provides electronic or written notice confirming the transfer conditions are met and the effective date.
