Independent School District No. 75, St. Clair is authorized to place advertising signs on the inside perimeter of its baseball field, notwithstanding other state law.

The baseball field is part of the district-owned athletic complex located adjacent to Legislative Route No. 201, signed as Trunk Highway 83.

Advertising signs must not extend above the top of the outfield fence and must be intended for viewing by spectators within the athletic complex only.

The authorization becomes effective the day following final enactment of the bill.
