Repeals Minnesota Statutes 2008, section 84.02, subdivisions 1-8, which contained definitions related to natural resources including native prairie, created grassland, ecotype regions, and prairie restoration standards.

Repeals Minnesota Statutes 2009 Supplement, sections 3.3006 and 84.02, subdivisions 4a, 6a, and 6b, eliminating definitions of "enhance," "protect," and "restore" and their application to clean water, parks and trails, and outdoor heritage funds.

Repeals Laws 2009, chapter 172, article 5, section 8, which required a legislative guide for years 2010-2015 establishing principles and outcomes for dedicated sales tax funds.

The legislative guide repeal eliminates the requirement to present recommendations to the legislature by January 15, 2010, and removes provisions for managing future state obligations related to land acquisition and management.

Takes effect the day following final enactment.
