Modifies the appropriation for veterans cemeteries in Laws 2009, chapter 93, article 1, section 14, subdivision 3, increasing the total to $1,500,000

Allocates up to $500,000 to acquire land in Redwood County, southeastern Minnesota, and northeastern Minnesota for publicly owned veterans cemeteries operated by the commissioner of veterans affairs

Requires the commissioner to seek donations of land for the cemeteries in addition to purchasing land with appropriated funds

Designates the remaining appropriation balance for predesign and design of the cemeteries

Appropriates federal reimbursement of predesign and design costs to the commissioner for asset preservation of veterans homes statewide, to be spent under Minnesota Statutes, section 16B.307
