Amends Minnesota Statutes section 97A.345 to establish specific restitution values for trophy deer based on Boone and Crockett Club scoring system, separate from general wildlife restitution rules.

Trophy deer scoring must be determined by a member of the Minnesota Official Measurers Club using the Boone and Crockett Club scoring system.

Typical trophy deer restitution values range from $1,001 (score 100-119) to $25,000 (score 200+), with six tiers based on score ranges.

Nontypical trophy deer restitution values range from $1,001 (score 125-144) to $25,000 (score 225+), with six tiers based on higher score ranges than typical deer.

Commissioner must continue reporting annually to the legislature on restitution amounts collected under section 97A.341 and how funds were expended.
