City of Bemidji may issue an on-sale intoxicating liquor license or on-sale wine and malt liquor license to Bemidji Regional Event Center, notwithstanding any conflicting local law, ordinance, or charter provision.

Licensed premises may consist of non-compact and non-contiguous space within the event center boundaries, provided all space is described in the approved license application.

License authorizes alcohol sales on all days of the week to persons attending activities or events at the event center.

All other provisions of Minnesota Statutes, chapter 340A, apply to the license except where inconsistent with this section.

Effective the day following final enactment.
