Requires commercial dock and boat lift installers who work on more than one lake for a fee to complete at least one hour of invasive species training within the previous 12 months

Training must cover identification and methods to prevent the spread of invasive species and must be conducted within 50 miles of the installer's place of business at a cost not exceeding $10

Training providers must be approved by a state agency, political subdivision, or lake or river association and must issue certificates containing the trainer's contact information, training location, date and time, installer's name, and employer name if applicable

Installers required to undergo training must carry a valid training certificate while installing or removing docks or boat lifts
