Extends the activities deadline for Tax Increment Financing District No. 1-1 in the city of Landfall Village from five years to eight years from the date of district certification.

Modifies the requirement in Minnesota Statutes, section 469.1763, subdivision 3, to allow activities undertaken within eight years to satisfy the five-year rule.

Becomes effective upon the city of Landfall's compliance with Minnesota Statutes, section 645.021, subdivision 3.
