Adds certified paramedics under chapter 144E to the list of professionals who qualify as community health workers eligible for medical assistance coverage in Minnesota

Requires certified paramedics to complete a curriculum from an accredited college or university that includes patient education and chronic disease monitoring

Allows community paramedics to perform skills approved by a physician medical director that are within their state certification and training scope

Community paramedics must work under supervision of an enrolled physician, registered nurse, advanced practice registered nurse, mental health professional, dentist, or certified public health nurse, same as other community health workers

Medical assistance covers care coordination and patient education services provided by qualifying community health workers, including services related to oral health and dental care
