• Reduces magnet school grants from $750,000 (2010) to $709,000 (2011).

• Reduces statewide testing and reporting system appropriations from $15,150,000 (2010) to $13,150,000 (2011), eliminating hand-scoring contract costs for constructed-response items except for mathematics grades 3-8 in 2009-2010 school year.

• Reduces examination fees and teacher training appropriations for advanced placement and international baccalaureate programs from $4,500,000 (2010) to $4,000,000 (2011), with minimum allocations of $500,000 (2010) and $472,000 (2011) for teacher summer training programs.

• Reduces concurrent enrollment program appropriations from $2,000,000 (2010) to $1,610,000 (2011) and Head Start program appropriations from $20,100,000 (2010) to $18,755,000 (2011).

• Eliminates Education Planning and Assessment System (EPAS) program appropriations for fiscal year 2011 and reduces Department of Education appropriations and other administrative funding across multiple programs.
