Appropriates $600,000 from the state transportation fund's bond proceeds account to the commissioner of transportation for reconstruction of a bridge over Rush Creek on 105th Avenue in Maple Grove.

Designates the appropriation for the local road account for routes of regional significance under the local road improvement fund.

Authorizes the commissioner of management and budget to sell and issue state bonds up to $600,000 to fund the appropriation.

Directs bond proceeds (excluding accrued interest and premiums) to be credited to the bond proceeds account in the state transportation fund.

Takes effect the day following final enactment.
