Establishes data classification for orders for protection under section 518B.01 and no contact orders under section 629.715, subdivision 4 in Minnesota's data communications network

Requires no contact orders to be accompanied by a photograph of the offender for enforcement purposes if a photograph is available and verified by the court as an image of the defendant

Classifies data from orders for protection or no contact orders and law enforcement data entered to enforce those orders as private data on individuals under section 13.02, subdivision 12

Permits sharing of offender data with the victim for purposes of enforcing the order

Amends Minnesota Statutes sections 13.871 and 299C.46, subdivision 6
