Commissioner of administration may convey surplus state land in Nicollet County to the city of St. Peter at no cost, upon recommendation of the commissioner of human services.

Land to be conveyed includes three parcels located in Section 29, Township 110 North, Range 26 West, with detailed legal descriptions including portions of Government Lot 6 and railroad right-of-way.

Attorney general must approve the conveyance form and may correct errors in land descriptions; utility easements may be granted at no cost in conjunction with the conveyance.

Commissioner of administration may acquire land from the city of St. Peter without monetary consideration, including portions of the Northeast Quarter and Government Lot 6 in the same section.

Commissioner has determined the state land is surplus and no longer needed for state purposes, and the state's interests are best served by conveying the land to the city of St. Peter.
