Adds proceeds from the sale of properties acquired by the agency to the list of revenue sources deposited in the petroleum tank fund.

Authorizes the agency to acquire properties where a petroleum release has occurred when the agency determines that purchasing the property is the most appropriate corrective action, subject to board approval.

Specifies that property acquisition expenditures from the petroleum tank fund are permitted only when the agency has determined that purchasing the property is the most appropriate corrective action for a petroleum release site.

Allows property sales proceeds to be reinvested back into the petroleum tank fund to support ongoing contamination cleanup and tank removal programs.
