Adds criminal abuse of a vulnerable adult under Minnesota Statutes section 609.2325, subdivision 1, paragraph (b) to the list of offenses requiring predatory offender registration.

Applies to persons charged with or petitioned for violations of criminal abuse of a vulnerable adult who are convicted or adjudicated delinquent for that offense or another offense arising from the same circumstances.

Includes attempts to violate, aiding, abetting, or conspiring to commit the criminal abuse offense as registrable violations.

Effective August 1, 2010, and applies only to crimes committed on or after that date.
