Reduces the service-connected disability threshold for disabled veterans receiving free fishing licenses from 100 percent to 50 percent disability as defined by the United States Veterans Administration.

Reduces the service-connected disability threshold for disabled veterans receiving free deer hunting licenses from 100 percent to 50 percent disability as defined by the United States Veterans Administration.

Reduces the service-connected disability threshold for disabled veterans receiving free small game hunting licenses from 100 percent to 50 percent disability as defined by the United States Veterans Administration.

Applies to Minnesota residents who are veterans as defined in section 197.447 and must furnish satisfactory evidence of disability status to obtain free licenses.
