Amends Minnesota Statutes sections 135A.25 and 136F.58 to require postsecondary institutions, colleges, and universities to disclose textbook pricing and course material costs to enrolled students.

Requires information on textbook prices and costs be made available in an easily accessible and timely manner to students.

Applies to institutions that receive textbook pricing information under the federal Higher Education Opportunity Act (Public Law 110-315).

Establishes separate but identical requirements for postsecondary institutions (Subd. 6 of 135A.25) and colleges or universities (Subd. 5 of 136F.58).
