Public bodies must record all meetings required to be open to the public in either audio or video format, including telephone and electronic meetings under Minnesota Statutes section 13D.021

Public bodies must make recordings available to the general public and provide facilities for listening or viewing the recordings

Recordings must be kept on file for at least three years from the date of the meeting
