Amends Minnesota Statutes section 1.141 to establish official procedures for folding the Minnesota State Flag for presentation or display, including folding lengthwise four times to display the three stars and "L'Etoile du Nord" text, then creating triangular formations through a series of 90-degree and 45-degree angle folds.

Requires that when the Minnesota State Flag is folded for storage, it must be folded and stored in the same manner as the national colors (U.S. flag).

Effective the day following final enactment.
