Appropriates $100,000 in fiscal year 2011 from the general fund to the commissioner of health for a grant to a nonprofit, multispecialty memory care clinic in St. Cloud.

Clinic must provide early identification, diagnosis, and treatment of memory loss, and information and support services for family members caring for persons with memory impairment.

Clinic must certify to the commissioner that a private foundation has committed to providing a 50 percent match of the grant amount ($50,000) to receive the appropriation.
