Amends Laws 2008, chapter 366, article 7, section 19, subdivision 3 to modify the use of Clearwater sales tax revenues.

Sales tax proceeds shall fund acquisition, construction, improvement, and development of regional parks, bicycle trails, park land, open space, pedestrian bridge walkways, and community and recreation center facilities.

Total revenues from sales and use taxes may be used to fund these projects up to $12,000,000 plus any associated bond costs.

Effective date is the day after the City of Clearwater's governing body complies with Minnesota Statutes, section 645.021, subdivisions 2 and 3.
