Amends Minnesota Statutes section 325E.37, subdivision 6, relating to sales representative agreements and termination procedures.

Requires any demand for arbitration to be made in writing and delivered to the principal within one year after the effective date of agreement termination.

Voids any contract provision between a sales representative dealing in plumbing equipment or supplies and a principal that waives protections under Laws 2007, chapters 135 or 140, whether through express waiver or by subjecting the contract to another state's laws.

Prohibits contracts from limiting a sales representative's right to initiate litigation or alternative dispute resolution in Minnesota.

Declares that all provisions of the section are non-waivable and that nothing in the section restricts other available rights or remedies for sales representatives, effective the day following final enactment.
