Appropriates unspecified amount from the general fund to the Board of Trustees of Minnesota State Colleges and Universities (MNSCU) for fiscal year 2011 to continue a clinical coordination project.

Clinical coordination project coordinates student activity at clinical sites used for clinical education experiences within health care education programs.

MNSCU is encouraged to apply for federal grants under the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (Public Law 111-148) or the Health Care and Education Reconciliation Act of 2010 (Public Law 111-152).

Federal grants sought would support development and expansion of the clinical coordination project to other health care occupations and health care workforce training issues.
