Amends Minnesota Statutes section 16C.11 to authorize the commissioner of administration to enter into cooperative fuel purchasing agreements with local units of government

Requires the commissioner to ensure local units of government have access to cooperative purchasing agreements specifically for motor vehicle fuel

Applies to fuel acquisition authority delegated to the commissioner of transportation under section 16C.03, subdivision 16

Maintains existing revolving fund mechanism where the commissioner may charge administrative fees to entities with cooperative purchasing agreements, with fees deposited into the cooperative purchasing venture revolving fund
