Increases membership of the Legislative Commission on Pensions and Retirement from five to seven members in each chamber of the legislature.

Senate members appointed by the Subcommittee on Committees of the Committee on Rules and Administration; House members appointed by the Speaker.

Limits majority caucus representation to no more than five members from each chamber.

Members serve two-year terms beginning January 16 of the first year of each regular session, with vacancies filled according to specified procedures.

Appointing authorities must appoint additional members within ten days of the effective date of this section.
