Appropriates $15,000,000 from bond proceeds to the Public Facilities Authority for the wastewater infrastructure funding program to provide a grant to the Central Iron Range Sanitary Sewer District.

Grant funds designated for design, construction, furnishing, and equipping of new wastewater treatment facilities, lift stations, and forcemains for the Central Iron Range Sanitary Sewer District.

Exempts the Central Iron Range Sanitary Sewer District grant from the $4,000,000 maximum grant per project limit otherwise applicable under Minnesota Statutes section 446A.072, subdivision 5a.

Authorizes the Commissioner of Management and Budget to sell and issue state bonds up to $15,000,000 to fund the appropriation, subject to Minnesota Statutes sections 16A.631 to 16A.675 and the Minnesota Constitution.

Effective the day following final enactment.
