Amends Minnesota Statutes section 617.81, subdivision 2 to expand the definition of acts constituting a public nuisance in buildings.

Adds four new categories of conduct that can establish a public nuisance: assault (section 609.221-609.224), damage to property (section 609.595), obstructing legal process or firefighting (section 609.50), and disorderly conduct (section 609.72).

Requires only one behavioral incident for prostitution, controlled substances, dangerous weapons, and unlawful alcoholic beverage sales when building is unoccupied; requires two or more incidents for the newly added offenses and other existing categories.

Applies only to behavioral incidents occurring on or after June 1, 2011.
