Amends Minnesota Statutes 2010, section 124D.52, subdivision 7 to modify the adult education performance tracking system requirements

Adds a fourth core outcome measure requiring tracking of reduction in participation in the diversionary work program, Minnesota family investment program, and food support education and training program

Expands agencies that receive Social Security number data to include the Office of Higher Education and Department of Human Services for purposes of longitudinal studies and program improvement

Clarifies that Social Security numbers will be used specifically for the purposes described in the tracking system requirements and will not be used for any other purpose

Specifies that state funding for adult basic education programs cannot be based on the number of students who decline to provide Social Security numbers or on the evaluation methodology used
