Nonpublic schools receiving state aid, materials, services, or publicly funded support must provide reasonable accommodations to students consistent with the Americans with Disabilities Act.

Recipient nonpublic schools must comply with Minnesota's open meeting law (chapter 13) as if they were school districts.

Nonpublic schools must adopt policies to prevent discrimination, harassment, and violence under section 121A.03 and anti-intimidation and bullying policies under section 121A.0695.

Schools must annually report on student enrollment and attrition, finances, governance, staffing, demographics, and academic performance consistent with section 124D.10, subdivision 14.

Schools must submit student academic performance data to the commissioner for inclusion in the state's annual school performance report cards and comply with the Pupil Fair Dismissal Act (sections 121A.40 to 121A.575).
