Amends Minnesota Statutes section 84.0874 to authorize disclosure of Department of Natural Resources electronic licensing data for civil, criminal, administrative, or arbitration proceedings in any court or agency.

Permits disclosure of name, addresses, and date of birth (but not driver's license number) collected from game and fish licenses, ski passes, snowmobile trail stickers, and recreational motor vehicle registrations for legal proceedings.

Requires requestors to provide a copy of the court order when seeking disclosure of licensing data for litigation, investigation, service of process, or judgment enforcement.

Maintains existing authorizations for disclosure to law enforcement and government entities for natural resources management purposes including recruitment, retention, and training certification.

Classifies the specified personal data as private data on individuals under Minnesota Statutes section 13.02, subdivision 12.
