Amends Minnesota Statutes 2010, section 120B.22 to enhance school violence prevention curriculum by adding specific references to sexual abuse and assault prevention throughout the program requirements.

Modifies the stated purpose of violence prevention programs from helping students resolve conflicts to explicitly reducing harassment and violence while teaching nonviolent conflict resolution.

Establishes a Prevention of Sexual Violence Working Group convened by the Commissioner of Health with representatives from six state departments (Health, Human Services, Public Safety, Corrections, Education, and Administration).

Requires the working group to maintain an inventory of existing state programs addressing sexual violence prevention, establish strategic goals and objectives, coordinate implementation across agencies, and propose new policies or programs to the governor.

Mandates annual reports to legislative committees with jurisdiction over public safety, health, judiciary, human services, education, and state operations, beginning February 1, 2013.
