Expands the definition of "public official" under Minnesota campaign finance and public disclosure law (Minnesota Statutes 10A.01, subdivision 35)

Adds district court judges, Appeals Court judges, and Supreme Court justices to the list of public officials subject to disclosure requirements

Adds county commissioners to the list of public officials subject to disclosure requirements

Modifies the list structure by changing the final clause from "or" to a semicolon followed by additional categories numbered (25) and (26)
