State court administrator must report every six months to the Department of Human Services the names, addresses, dates of birth, and driver's license numbers of individuals convicted of felony drug offenses under chapter 152.

Department of Human Services must determine if individuals with drug felony convictions are receiving public assistance under chapters 256D or 256J and instruct counties to proceed with eligibility determinations or terminations as applicable.

Commissioner of Public Safety must provide monthly data to Department of Human Services identifying applicants and holders of canceled driver's licenses and identification cards due to multiple cards issued or expired temporary legal presence dates.

Department of Human Services must compare identification card cancellation data with public assistance recipients to detect illegal or improper enrollment and must provide due process protections before terminating benefits and notifying county attorneys.

Commissioner of Human Services must report to legislative committees by December 1, 2013, regarding implementation of these data sharing provisions, including the number of persons affected and fiscal impact by program.
