Amends Minnesota Statutes section 309.556, subdivision 1 to add new disclosure requirements for charitable solicitations regarding executive compensation.

Requires soliciting organizations to disclose that a list of the five highest paid directors, officers, and employees may be obtained from the charitable organization, along with a toll-free telephone number, email address, or website URL where this information is available.

Applies the disclosure requirement to all forms of solicitation including direct personal contact, radio, television, letter, telephone, and other means, with written documentation required for in-person solicitations.

Extends disclosure requirements to charitable organizations exempt from registration and reporting requirements under section 309.515, subdivision 1, paragraph (c).
