Modifies the levy authority of the Cook-Orr Hospital District by amending Laws 1988, chapter 645, section 3

Allows 0.015 percent of taxable market value from the hospital district tax to be used by the Cook ambulance service and Orr ambulance service for ambulance acquisitions, attached and portable equipment, and parts/replacement parts for maintenance and repair

Prohibits the designated ambulance tax revenue from being used for administrative, operation, or salary expenses

Requires the Cook Hospital to administer the ambulance levy portion and distribute equal amounts directly to the Cook area ambulance service board and the city of Orr for the specified ambulance purposes
