Amends Minnesota Statutes 2010, section 67A.191 to regulate township mutual fire insurance company combination policies.

Allows township mutual fire insurance companies to issue policies for qualified and secondary property in combination with authorized property and casualty insurers, with township portions excluded from state insurance law requirements.

Permits township mutual fire insurance companies to market and issue homeowner's insurance policies only in combination with authorized insurers, with homeowner's portions subject to chapter 65A and sections 72A.20 and 72A.201.

Exempts portions of combination policies issued by township mutual insurance companies for qualified and secondary property (including dwellings, whether or not owner-occupied) from homeowner's insurance subdivision requirements.

Effective the day following final enactment.
