Eliminates the 20-year survival period for child support judgments, reducing it to the standard 10-year period applicable to all other judgments.

Amends Minnesota Statutes sections 541.04 and 548.09, subdivision 1, to remove language that previously allowed child support judgments to survive for 20 years after entry.

Child support judgments may still be renewed pursuant to section 548.091, providing an alternative mechanism for extending judgment duration.

Applies retroactively to April 15, 2010, the date the 20-year provision was originally enacted.
