Allows election districts to correspond to Minneapolis Park Board districts or use different boundaries, with members continuing to serve until their term expires when districts are redrawn following a census

Authorizes the Minneapolis School Board to remove any board member or officer for proper cause by majority vote at a meeting where the charged member receives notice of the charges and opportunity to be heard in defense

Repeals Minnesota Statutes 2010, section 128D.14, effective January 1, 2012
