Reduces the service-connected disability threshold for veterans to receive free fishing licenses from 100 percent to 50 percent disability as rated by the United States Veterans Administration.

Reduces the service-connected disability threshold for veterans to receive free deer hunting licenses (firearms or archery) from 100 percent to 50 percent disability.

Reduces the service-connected disability threshold for veterans to receive free small game hunting licenses from 100 percent to 50 percent disability.

Applies to Minnesota residents who are veterans as defined in Minnesota Statutes section 197.447 and must provide satisfactory evidence of their disability rating.
