Amends Minnesota Statutes section 524.5-420 to allow conservators to designate a post office box number as their address in annual court reports.

Conservators may now list either a street address or post office box number along with a telephone number where they can be contacted in conservatorship reports.

Maintains all other existing reporting requirements for conservators, including asset listings, receipts, disbursements, distributions, removal history, and criminal background changes.

Preserves protections allowing protected persons and interested parties to dispute account statements and petition the court for relief regarding estate administration.
