Amends Minnesota Statutes section 32.393 to permit direct farm-to-consumer sales of raw milk and raw milk products without pasteurization requirements.

Authorizes farmers to sell raw fluid milk products (milk, cream, skim milk, goat milk, sheep milk) and raw milk products (butter, cottage cheese, ice cream, yogurt, cheese) directly to consumers when purchased directly between the farmer and willing buyer.

Defines direct farm-to-consumer sales to include sales at the farm, farmer's markets, farm stands, private buying clubs, consumer share groups, community fairs, consumer residences, or designated delivery locations.

Classifies direct farm-to-consumer sales and deliveries as private contracts between consenting farmers and consumers.

Requires off-farm raw milk product sales and delivery to be conducted directly by the farmer or the farmer's agent and the buyer or buyer's agent, with buyers permitted to contract for delivery logistics and storage space.
