Creates immunity from liability for agritourism professionals for injuries, deaths, or damages to participants resulting from inherent risks of agritourism activities.

Defines agritourism activities as recreational, educational, or charitable activities on farms or ranches including farming, ranching, winemaking, harvest-your-own operations, and farm stays.

Establishes that inherent risks include natural hazards, animal behavior, ordinary farm equipment dangers, and participant negligence such as failing to follow instructions.

Preserves liability for agritourism professionals who commit negligence or willful misconduct, fail to disclose known dangerous conditions or dangerous animals, or intentionally injure participants.

Requires agritourism professionals to post warning notices at entrances and activity sites with one-inch letters, and to include the specified warning in written contracts with participants; effective the day after enactment for injuries occurring on or after that date.
